1. Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return within 4 days of package delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags, manuals, and packaging intact.

Certain products (such as personal care items, innerwear, hygiene-sensitive items, customized products, and clearance sale items) are non-returnable unless received in damaged or defective condition.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

An Unboxing Video is mandatory to claim returns or refunds for any damaged, defective, or missing items.

The video should clearly show the package from all sides before opening and the unboxing process in one continuous shot.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received at our warehouse, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

In some cases, a replacement may be provided instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product received, mavaro.in will bear the shipping charges.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike of product), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per the policy above.
